Who are these videos for?
Beginner-Intermediate level. This program is also great for those on the go that travel often, or those that are unable to make it to the gym as the E-Z ABS workout series doesnt require any equipment. The workouts are only 15 to 20 minutes long so they are great for those for dont have much time. They are perfect for people interested in losing weight and toning up their stomach. These videos strengthen the core which helps reduce lower back pain!Perfect for stay at home moms and dads.
How many workouts are included?
9 total workouts. What’s great about this program is that it’s progressive and most people can do the first or second phase several times before they reach phase three! They get a warm up video that goes along with each phase and a cool down workout with each phase as well.

Will MMM release future content?

Will I have access to the future content?
Right now our membership is for our 3 Phase program. If we decide to upgrade or add anything new to the program you’ll be the first to know!
Are these workouts for beginner or advanced?
The fitness level that best suits this program is for beginner to intermediate level looking for low to no impact on their joints. But Matt and Marla incorporate many of the same exercises that are in Phase 3 in their own “on the go” workouts and just increase the tempo and take less rest time between workouts.
What assistance can MMM provide?
Matt and Marla are always thrilled to answer any fitness and health related questions. Our “email door” is always open 24/7! Also dont forget part of your membership includes a Nutritional Tips program and an On The Go Healthy Eating guide. These are yours to Keep! You also get a Roadmap to Fitness. This is a workout plan of what days to do which workouts.
What should I do if my muscles feel stiff or sore after a workout?
Stiffness and soreness is actually a great sign, even though it doesn’t feel that way. It means that you got a great workout and worked hard! The best thing you can do to speed up recovery time is to drink a lot of water, increase your protein intake, get good quality sleep every night, and stretch. If you find you are sore for several days in a row, try spacing out your workouts with any extra day of rest in between.
Do I need to stretch and have a recovery day?
Absolutely, rest time is very important to allow your muscles proper time to recover! We suggest taking 1-2 days of rest between each workout. Also, stretching will drastically improve your muscle soreness, so feel free to incorporate our stretching videos whenever needed! We have included awesome stretches for lower back pain into our cool down section for each phase!
Can I watch the videos on my phone or tablet?
Yes, that is the beauty of this program. Anytime, anywhere, and any device!
What web browsers work best for viewing?
We have tested all browsers. All browsers and mobile devices are able to stream this videos.
What if I have issues watching the videos?
You should not have trouble streaming the videos, but if you do, try reloading your web page. If you continue to have an issue, contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
Can I download the videos?
No you cannot download the videos but they are easily accessed on our website as long as you have internet connection and an active membership.
How much is the monthly subscription?
The monthly membership for the E-Z ABS program is $7.99. The annual membership is $79.99.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime and how do I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Just email us via the “contact us” page on our website or send an email to email@example.com and we will cancel your membership asap!
