This dressing is everything you look for in a dressing: creamy, full of flavor, fresh, and hopefully not packed with a zillion calories (which we all know, a dressing can make or break a once healthy salad).

Plus it couldn’t be easier to whip up for a large salad to serve your guests, or stored in a mason jar (how cute right?!) and used within 3-4 days.

Let’s do this!


-1 tablespoon avocado oil (or olive oil)

-1 whole avocado, skin removed (or 140 grams)

-juice of 2 limes (or 2 tablespoons)

-2 cloves minced garlic

-1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (white vinegar works too)

-1/2 cup (115 grams) plain greek yogurt

-1/4 cup (4 tablespoons) water

-1 bunch chopped fresh cilantro

-1 teaspoon salt, pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until creamy and smooth. That is LITERALLY it. Toss into a salad, burrito or as a topping on chicken breast! If not using right away store in an air tight container.
